The business world just got a whole lot more exciting thanks to the Business Excellence Podcast. We’ve already reached the milestone of 50,000 listeners! So, here’s the story behind this incredible new podcast.

After 12 years of hosting the immensely popular Business Excellence conference, BizX, we had a brilliant idea. We wanted to share the invaluable insights and wisdom from world-class speakers with a broader audience of business owners and entrepreneurs. And that’s how The Business Excellence Podcast was born!

Host, James Vincent, is not your average podcast host. He’s a high-performance coach with over two decades of experience in both sports and business. With a track record that includes coaching Team GB athletes into the top 5s of their sports’ world rankings to making history at the 2016 Rio Olympics, with GB’s first ever medallist in Men’s Badminton. 

James is the perfect guide for the Business Excellence Podcast, but what truly sets it apart is the calibre of our guests. We’ve been privileged to engage in enlightening conversations with incredible individuals like Jhumar Johnson, Martin Lewis, Gary Lineker's son, George Lineker and Jennifer Gitomer.
