Why you need to be honest about your business numbers
Preparing your financials before starting business coaching can help ensure that you and your coach have a clear understanding of your current financial situation and can develop a plan to improve it.
Most importantly, be open and honest about your financial situation, even if it's not where you want it to be. This will allow your coach to provide the best possible coaching to help you improve your financials and other KPIs and achieve your goals.
