Rebecca transitioned from recruitment to the partnerships team at ActionCOACH in 2025. Before joining the team, she gained valuable experience in recruitment, quality assurance, and administration, developing strong skills in relationship management and process improvement.

In her current role, she works closely with both existing and potential partners, fostering collaborations and alliances that support business growth. She also maintains regular communication with coaches, facilitating referrals and tracking lead development to ensure a smooth process.

Additionally, she supports the wider partnerships team on various initiatives, focus areas, and key objectives.
