Julie’s Bio

For Julie, it’s all about making a difference. Before developing the UK franchise with Ian Christelow, Julie was a coach herself, she has experienced first-hand the benefit that coaching can bring to businesses, their owners and their families.

Now, as the Managing Director of the UK, Julie spreads her coaching wisdom into every aspect of each Action Coach's journey. Playing a big part in actively recruiting new coaches. With her boundless enthusiasm, she navigates the business landscape with finesse, leading her team at ActionCOACH UK towards greater heights and bolder dreams.

She's on a mission to spread the power of business coaching far and wide. Armed with determination, she strives to inspire every business owner across the UK, showing them the path to growth, prosperity, and work-life balance.

Fun facts about Julie

Alongside her team in the Leicestershire office, Julie's office companions also consist of her 4 furry friends, Mollie, Flintoff, Bowie and Seve.
Julie loves a game of bingo and still carries her vintage bingo dobbers around with her beautifully organised in the original packaging.
Julie loves travelling with her business and life partner Ian Christelow and their two children Cara and Ellen. They've been to numerous places including Hawaii, Australia and Canada. (The ActionCOACH Global conference helps add to the list, as a different location is selected each year!)
Julie hates wasps with a passion. If you're ever on a call with Julie during the summer time, be warned Julie is not afraid to scream and run away... even whilst on a Zoom call!
An Avid Amazon shopper, the office is always inundated with Amazon parcels. Some of which are returned as once Julie bought what she thought were a 'bargain' folk set, they turned out to be for a dolls house...
