Since 2019, Ian along with his partner, Julie Wagstaff, have focused their personal investment in acquiring ActionCOACH UK franchise territories and within 5 years their firm achieved number 1 in the world out of circa 1,000 ActionCOACH businesses globally, helping to lead the way with the scale of life-changing impact that can be made in cities, towns and villages.

Ian's vision, strategy and passion has seen ActionCOACH rank in the top 5 UK franchises and his commitment to provide world-class support to franchise partners has culminated in ActionCOACH being 1 of only 4 franchises to achieve 5-Star Franchisee Satisfaction every year, but he won't rest until his lifetime mission is completed.

Fun facts about Ian

Played Perchik in Fiddler on The Roof at The Basildon Towngate Theatre in 1997, everything since has been easier!
Passed his finals for a 3-year MBA with Henley Management College, but learnt more about business in Day 1 of ActionCOACH Uni!
Asked Julie Wagstaff to dance and took "my feet are hurting" as personal rejection and didn't talk to her for a year - somewhat embarrassing considering what we teach about sales!
Wrote the Foreword for the UK Edition of The Wealth Coach.
Got every British Coach at Action's 2006 Global Conference in Fiji to wear t-shirts referencing the 2005 Ashes and 2003 Rugby World Cup... how to win friends and influence people!
