Caroline’s Bio

Following a long career in the Optical Retail industry Caroline joined ActionCOACH at the beginning of 2023 to provide support for theActionCOACH UK team. Shortly after joining, she took on recruitment for new team members and has relished the challenge.

Bringing a huge background in H.R, customer service and being target driven Caroline is able to utilize her experience to align with our 14 points of culture to support candidates through the recruitment process and beyond.

Outside of ActionCOACH Caroline enjoys spending timewith her children (of course the family Labradoodle ‘Margo’), socialising with friends and family and is never happier than by the sea with a drink in hand!

Fun facts about Caroline

Caroline writes a poem with a clue to its contents on the gift tags on her children’s birthday and Christmas presents.
Caroline loves making her own front door wreath at Christmas and has now extended it to Spring and Autumn wreaths.
Once Caroline (accidentally!) set the house on fire. 20 years on her family still won’t let her forget it and it’s mentioned at least once at every gathering.
Caroline ‘rescued’ a man from drowning in a swimming pool utilising her childhood lessons of lifesaving only to discover he was trying to break his record of holding his breath under water.... (oops)
An avid reader, Caroline can lose hours in a book.
