I’m Dr Brenda Hector, an ActionCOACH business coach based in Aberdeen, working with ambitious business owners across Scotland.

With a background in strategy, sales and marketing, and qualifications including a PhD and MBA, I help business owners improve profit, strengthen their teams and build businesses that work without relying on them for everything.

I’m also the host of the Scale HER Up podcast, where I interview women who are building, leading and scaling businesses. My mission is to help 100 female-led businesses reach £1 million turnover by 2030.

My coaching is practical, commercial and action-focused — because ambition is important, but implementation is what changes the business.
