Business Coach Mark Van Rol

I have sat on the other side of the table. I have run businesses, made difficult decisions, dealt with people problems, cash flow and the moments when you wonder whether you have got it completely wrong.

Before coaching, I spent two decades working across the UK, Europe and Africa as a management consultant while also running my own ventures. That experience shapes how I coach today: practical, commercial and never from a textbook.

I work with ambitious owners of established businesses, typically with teams of 5–30 people, who know there is more potential in the business but are tired of everything depending on them. We work on the owner, the leadership team, the structure and the numbers so the business becomes more profitable, better run and gives you more choice.
