The challenge
When Max first came to me, the business was running on instinct. He knew the property services market well. He had a good team. He had clients. The result
Within six months, Property Remedies had grown revenue and profit by 40 percent. Max himself had also taken substantial time off — properly off, with the business continuing to run without him being the bottleneck.
