When Dr Shanaa Kader of Indigo Dental first got in touch with ActionCOACH White Rose, she was at a crossroads. She wanted to grow her business but admitted,

In that year alone, turnover increased by 35% versus pre-COVID levels and since then the business is now consistently profitable; something that just wasn’t the case previously.
These improvements were largely due to the new systems and accountability.

With the increased revenue, the business has been able to hire additional staff, reducing Dr Kader’s workload and allowing her to focus on the business rather than just working in it. And most importantly, her work-life balance has improved significantly.
