Before working with ActionCOACH White Rose and coach Alex Colebrook, Melissa Cooper had been running Beanie Media for six years. “Before, we were constantly chasing deadlines and trying to get things done. Everything is much more structured now, and we’re offering a better service without chasing our tail to deliver it,” explains Melissa.
“On one service, we’ve seen a 300% increase in profit. We’d gone from losing money every year on it to now making significant profit.”
Beyond the financial growth, the impact on Melissa personally has been just as important. After having a baby, coaching has helped her create far more balance between work and family life.
“I feel like I can go home now and spend time with him after work without worrying about emails or deadlines.”
Today, Melissa feels less stressed, more focused and far more in control of both the business and its future. Most importantly, the excitement and passion for the business has returned.
