Planning sessions
Get clarity on your business direction and discover how to create goals that work. With help from Jeremy and the ActionCOACH team, over several planning hours you’ll reflect on where you want to be, build your goals for the next quarter, and create a detailed action plan to achieve them!
Sales and marketing ideas
Get practical tips and discover new strategies to boost your bottom line, as we zone in on 2-3 bonus topics to support your growth. You’ll explore topical marketing ideas with the ActionCOACH team and sales ideas with ex-sales director of Groupon and ActionCOACH team member Warren Landau.
Peer support
Compare experiences and exchange ideas with your fellow business owners/leaders. We create a safe space to network with peers and accelerate as a group.

Neil Martin has spent over 20 years working that out.
He is Director of Marketing and Edutainment at ActionCOACH UK, an award-winning coach and speaker, a 2 Comma Club award winner, and author of Done Beats Perfect.
His experience runs from cold calls to corporate deals, live TV pitches to building campaigns that bring in leads.
What makes him different is how he fuses data, storytelling, and edutainment to turn marketing from a gamble into a predictable strategy.
He also shows business owners how to use AI to speed up execution without losing their voice or message.
