- Using AI to Increase Productivity - An Introduction. A clear-eyed look at what you can implement right now! You'll leave this section knowing exactly where to focus first.
- Claude Connectors. How to connect Claude to the software you already use every day - your email, documents, calendar, and CRM - so it understands your actual business instead of giving you generic answers. This is what turns AI from a novelty into something that saves you real hours, because it's working with your real information.
- Claude Cowork. Moving on from asking AI questions to handing it real pieces of work and getting finished results back. This is where the productivity gain becomes obvious - tasks that used to take you an hour done in minutes, while you get on with something else.
- Scheduled Tasks. Setting AI to run repetitive jobs automatically, at a time you choose, without you lifting a finger. Perfect for the recurring admin nobody enjoys - reports, reminders, chasing information - freeing up time you didn't know you were losing.
- Creating Skills in Claude. Teaching AI your own processes and house style, so it does things exactly the way you would, every time. Once built, a Skill turns a one-off explanation into a repeatable capability your whole business can use.
