This 90-Day Planning Day is designed to give business owners the space, structure and support to create a clear, realistic plan for the next quarter – July, August and September, with practical actions you can actually follow through on.
This is a practical, in-person planning day for established businesses. It’s best suited to business owners with 3+ employees.
This is not a motivational talk or a fluffy workshop. It’s a hands-on planning day where you’ll work on your business.

You’ll be given 90-day planning resources on the day to work through and take away, so your plan doesn’t just stay in your head.
Led by award-winning coach Martin Baillie, this isn’t a workshop full of fluff. It’s a serious, energising, business-reset day built around real action and results.
