What often gets squeezed out is the time to properly step back and plan.
This 90-Day Planning Day is designed to give business owners the space, structure and support to create a clear, realistic plan for the next quarter – April, May and June, with practical actions you can actually follow through on.
This is a practical, in-person planning day for established businesses. It’s best suited to business owners with 3+ employees.
This is not a motivational talk or a fluffy workshop. It’s a hands-on planning day where you’ll work on your business.
Who the day is for
This event is ideal for business owners in East Anglia with 3 or more employees who:
- Want more clarity and control over the next quarter
- Are busy, but are not always focused on the right priorities
- Have growth goals but really need a clear plan with actions to deliver them
- Want time away from day-to-day distractions to think properly

You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need to be willing to take a single day out of your business, to step back and plan properly.

- Clarify and stick to your priorities for the next 90 days
- Set clear, measurable goals for April, May and June
- Break those goals down into practical action steps
- Leave with a plan you can actually implement
You’ll be given 90-day planning resources on the day to work through and take away, so your plan doesn’t just stay in your head.
Led by award-winning coach Martin Baillie, this isn’t a workshop full of fluff. It’s a serious, energising, business-reset day built around real action and results.

The day will be held at Bury St Edmunds Golf Club, providing a calm, professional environment away from everyday distractions.
